At Our Place, a meal is more than just food. It is a chance to mingle with friends, a warm smile from the volunteers, a handshake or a hug. It is an opportunity to be part of a community. Our Place Society serves 3 warm, nourishing meals per day, 5 days per week. And three times a year, we open our dining room doors even wider to provide a family holiday meal on Christmas, Thanksgiving and Easter to those who would not otherwise have a home to turn to. In between the hours that breakfast, lunch and dinner are served, Our Place offers a nutrition bar. It is here that people can find hot coffee or tea, baked goods and fruit to help sustain them throughout the day.
